  Applying the individual membership card
1.Qualification
The applying terms are the followings: the renters must be a registered permanent residence of Beijing township, independent civil legal rights, over 20 year old, and with the driving license. And more than, He(or she) have accumulated more than 3 months' car-renting.
2.Certificate:
The proposer must provide ID, registered permanent residence and driving license. The guaranteer provided ID and registered permanent residence.
3.Charge criterion:
360 yuan must be paid at first, 80 yuan can be paid annually for the following years.
 
Applying the group membership card
1.Qualification
The units that apply the group membership card must be the known government department, non commonweal organ and caste or the corporation with 2 million yuan enrolled fund and its legal delegate being a registered permanent residence of Beijing township.
2.Certificate: the applying units provide
The units, that must have the copy of corporation business licence, the copy of corporation code certificate, and the ID of corporation delegate, are permitted to use ID and driving licence with the group card.
The enterprise units, that must have the copy of corporation code certificate, and the ID of corporation delegate, are permitted to use ID and driving licence with the group card.
The government departments, that must have the copy of corporation code certificate, and the department head's ID, are permitted to use ID and driving licence with the group card.
3.Charge criterion
560 yuan is paid at first, 80 yuan can be paid annually for the following years.
